Retail Operations Assistant Manager

Drive store operations, inventory accuracy, and visual presentation while delivering customer service as an Assistant Store Manager at Lids.
This Assistant Store Manager position supports retail execution through staffing, cash management, technology, facilities, and merchandising. You will open and close the store, maintain equipment, prepare inventory audits, and follow Lids policies, procedures, and visual guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:

Open and close stores according to operating procedures
Manage cash, till openings, closings, and bank drops
Maintain store technology, equipment, supplies, and facilities
Prepare stores for inventory audits and support completion
Execute visual merchandising and promotional presentation adjustments
Requirements:

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss
Ability to work independently without supervision
Ability to frequently walk and hear during shifts
Ability to operate computers and mobile point-of-sale systems
