Mobile Appliance Service Technician

Travel between residential appointments as a Mobile Appliance Service Technician using GPS, work orders, and repair documentation tools. Serve Royal York properties across Ontario.
Royal York Property Management is seeking reliable technicians with at least three years of professional appliance repair experience. This field-based work includes servicing washers, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, freezers, stoves, ovens, microwaves, and range hoods. Technicians manage appointments independently and complete work within verified capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive appointments and work orders through the mobile app
Navigate between properties using GPS
Identify appliance issues before replacing parts
Report additional issues, parts, and safety concerns
Upload photos and update job statuses
Requirements:
Three years of paid professional appliance repair experience
Experience with common residential appliances
Own reliable vehicle and suitable repair equipment
Smartphone supporting GPS, photos, and work apps
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with confirmed appointments
Support Ontario residential service appointments through independent appliance troubleshooting, mobile scheduling, accurate updates, and professional repairs.
