Electrical Parts Sales Specialist

Turn electrical product expertise into accurate quotes and orders as a Sales Specialist with Dixon Electric, serving customers by phone, email, and in person. Timmins is an alternative branch location.
This inside sales position supports customers seeking electrical parts and solutions. You will troubleshoot product issues, follow up on quotes, and coordinate order delivery with vendors and warehouse colleagues. The role works closely with Account Managers, the Projects Group, and the Technical Team to provide premier customer service. Ongoing learning includes maintaining knowledge of current products and understanding new products.
Key Responsibilities:
Quote and order electrical parts correctly for customers
Troubleshoot product issues through multiple customer channels
Follow up on outstanding customer quotations
Facilitate prompt deliveries with vendors and warehouse teams
Coordinate service with account and technical groups
Requirements:
Relevant post-secondary education or electrical experience
Knowledge of breakers, panels, relays, and timers
Familiarity with PLCs, push buttons, and light curtains
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Commitment to continued learning and growth
Bring electrical parts knowledge, quotation accuracy, and troubleshooting skills to Dixon Electric’s customer-focused inside sales team.
