Casino Cage Team Supervisor

Build capable cage teams at Playtime Casino through mentoring, communication, and organized scheduling. Deliver fast, accurate guest service while overseeing regulated monetary operations.
The Cage Supervisor leads direct reports and fosters an efficient work atmosphere through teamwork and open communication. You interview, train, develop, and assess staff while managing schedules and shift reporting. The role also maintains accuracy across cage funds, systems, and paperwork.
Key Responsibilities:

Interview, train, and develop direct reports
Conduct performance appraisals and staff meetings
Manage Cage schedules and complete shift reports
Oversee operations and provide staff direction
Perform supervisory duties when other staff are absent
Requirements:

Proven leadership abilities in supervisory work
Two years handling large cash amounts accurately
Excellent written and verbal communication
Manual dexterity with kneeling and crouching ability
Ability to obtain required gaming registration
Combine staff development, scheduling, and cash accuracy to lead Playtime Casino’s Cage team with accountable service.
