You will market vacant units, coordinate showings, prepare application files and leases, and manage move-ins. Key Responsibilities:

Create marketing strategies for vacant apartments
Coordinate showings from all marketing sources
Lease apartments through appointments and open houses
Compile applications, prepare leases, and manage move-ins
Enter prospect data into management systems
Requirements:

One to three years residential leasing experience or more
Bilingual English and French communication
High school diploma or equivalent
Microsoft Excel proficiency and strong attention to detail
Weekend availability and excellent communication skills
