Part Time Resident Care Worker

Help maintain safe, supportive resident care at AgeCare London through observation, documentation, and care-plan support. This position is part time.
As a Personal Support Worker, you will assist with resident care while reporting observations to your immediate supervisor. You will support documentation, staff onboarding, and ongoing learning through meetings and workshops. The role requires knowledge of bedside care, sanitation, cleaning, and geriatric resident needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents according to their established care plans
Report care observations to the immediate supervisor
Support a safe and secure resident environment
Attend staff meetings and in-service education sessions
Assist with new staff onboarding when directed
Requirements:

Personal Support Worker certificate or diploma
Meet established vocational and professional standards
Knowledge of simple treatments and bedside techniques
Understanding of sanitation and cleaning procedures
Knowledge of geriatric resident care needs
