You will collaborate across various departments to design effective safety systems and ensure compliance with patient care standards. The goal is to continually elevate the quality of care while mitigating risk across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop best practices in patient safety and quality
• Foster a culture of safety across departments
• Lead quality improvement teams to enhance patient care
• Conduct incident reviews and root cause analyses
• Educate and mentor staff on patient safety standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Nursing or related health sciences
• Minimum 3-5 years in patient safety initiatives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage complex projects effectively
• Registered Nurse designation preferred
