Geriatric Dietitian - Part-Time, Impactful Nutritional Care

Chartwell Vista Retirement Community is seeking a Registered Dietitian to plan, coordinate, and evaluate the nutritional care of our residents in line with Program Standards. You will conduct initial and quarterly nutritional assessments, monitor texture-modified diets and supplements, and work with the inter-disciplinary team to tailor care plans and menus.
