Enterprise Performance Testing Engineer

Shape enterprise performance testing through workload modeling, large-scale execution, and analysis in Mississauga, Ontario. Work two days onsite and three days from home.
US Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced Performance Engineer to evaluate and improve application performance across enterprise environments. The assignment covers requirement gathering, test planning, scripting, execution, reporting, troubleshooting, tuning, and optimization. You will assess application, database, and infrastructure performance while working with developers, architects, operations teams, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform end-to-end performance engineering activities
Create scripts and simulate production-like performance scenarios
Execute large-scale tests and analyze outcomes
Evaluate stability, scalability, reliability, and performance
Communicate findings and actionable recommendations
Requirements:
Strong performance testing and engineering experience
Experience defining workload models and test scenarios
Ability to analyze results and diagnose bottlenecks
Good understanding of system architecture and technology stacks
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
