Reporting to the Vice-President of Culture and Talent, you'll drive the full recruitment cycle from intake to onboarding. Your strategies will focus on innovative sourcing methods, including LinkedIn and industry events, while ensuring a consistent selection process involving various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full recruitment cycle from intake to hire
• Recommend effective talent acquisition strategies
• Identify talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and networking
• Coordinate assessments with managers and experts
• Enhance employer brand with Marketing team
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years recruitment experience in IT
• Advanced sourcing techniques knowledge
• Experience with ATS, Lever knowledge is an asset
• Bilingual in French and English
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
