Key Responsibilities:
• Process and match invoices with purchase orders
• Coordinate invoice approvals with Project Managers
• Respond effectively to vendor inquiries
• Prepare cash requirement reports and cheque runs
• Reconcile vendor accounts and maintain records
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Excellent communication abilities with vendors
• Experience in accounts receivable functions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Previous accounting support experience is a plus
