Warehouse Operations Supervisor WMS
Nri 3pl
Lead order fulfillment operations with warehouse management system expertise at NRI, supporting timely delivery and client commitments. Work on-site Monday through Friday, 7:00AM to 3:30PM.
As an Operations Supervisor, you will direct the Order Fulfillment team and model operational excellence. The role emphasizes leadership, stakeholder relationships, detail orientation, changing priorities, and achievement of KPI and financial goals. You will help maintain effective, efficient, quality-focused, and safe warehouse performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct order fulfillment activities and delivery commitments
Train, cross-train, and develop team members
Monitor goals and operational performance metrics within SLA
Plan labor requirements with the DC Manager and Client direction
Communicate expectations and provide regular performance feedback
Requirements:
Three-plus years leading a warehouse or light industrial team
Proficiency with warehouse management systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
Experience leading personnel and continuous improvement methodologies
Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand or walk extensively
Bring WMS proficiency, warehouse leadership, and performance focus to NRI’s on-site order fulfillment operations.
