Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role requires a dedicated technician with at least three years of experience. Key responsibilities include entering and verifying supplier invoices, processing payments, and addressing vendor inquiries. You will maintain accurate accounting records and support process improvements, leveraging your expertise in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter and process supplier invoices promptly
• Verify invoice coding and oversee approval workflows
• Prepare documentation for vendor payments accurately
• Process payments via wire transfer or check efficiently
• Resolve vendor inquiries with timely follow-up
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable
• DEP, DEC, or equivalent diploma in Accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent French communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
