Coordinate technician resources for Tacten projects in Fort McMurray, AB, using workforce planning and strong communication skills. This full-time position requires site-based work.
The Resource Coordinator supports project staffing through internal resource outreach, certification verification, scheduling, and deployment coordination. The position works with project managers, HR, hiring teams, field personnel, and clients. It also supports IRATA training arrangements, resource reporting, and workforce planning within industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess project requirements and resource allocation needs
Contact internal candidates and assess resource availability
Match technicians to projects based on requirements
Manage schedules, assignments, updates, and deployment
Track utilization metrics and prepare management reports
Requirements:
Post-secondary diploma in a related field
Minimum two years of industry-related experience
NDT industry experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Experience with scheduling systems and workforce coordination software
Support Tacten’s industrial projects through technician coordination, workforce scheduling, certification verification, and resource utilization analysis.
