Retail Apparel Sales Manager

Drive high-volume retail apparel sales at Roots through visual merchandising, KPI leadership, and coaching focused on individual sales goals.
The Store Manager leads sales and customer service while managing resources to maintain established service levels. This position develops employees through selling skills coaching, performance action plans, and mentorship. You will also support store staffing by seeking qualified candidates for existing or potential positions, while delivering the Roots Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Exceed customer expectations through superior service
Develop staff selling skills toward personal sales goals
Establish performance and productivity improvement action plans
Maintain customer loyalty through positive issue resolution
Seek qualified candidates for store staffing needs
Requirements:
Three-plus years’ experience in retail apparel
Demonstrated sales achievements in a high-volume store
Visual planning and merchandising experience
Ability to manage resources and multiple situations
Strong team-building and coaching abilities
Use retail apparel sales, visual merchandising, and coaching strengths to lead Roots performance and customer loyalty.
