Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee screening checkpoint operations and compliance
• Build relationships with aviation security stakeholders
• Achieve daily KPIs, ensuring adherence to SOPs
• Lead and mentor Screening Officers for optimal performance
• Document and analyze security incident reports
Requirements:
• Minimum three years in protective service leadership
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant supervisory experience
• Ability to obtain Transportation Security Clearance
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
