• Investigate customer payment discrepancies
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables
• Resolve collection issues through contact with customers
• Manage customer accounts including setting up and maintenance
Requirements:
• College diploma or bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 years in accounts receivable or collections
• Strong attention to detail and proactivity
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
