Class 3 Roll Off Truck Driver

Drive Roll-Off trucks through Winnipeg routes with GFL Environmental, using safe equipment operation and GPS navigation daily. Serve residential and commercial customers.
This Roll Off Driver position supports multi-family residential and commercial routes across Winnipeg, Manitoba. You will mechanically collect solid waste or recyclables, transport loads, and transfer materials to designated facilities. The work requires manual transmission experience, careful maneuvering, and consistent safety practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Roll-Off trucks along designated collection routes
Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Transfer waste to stations, landfills, or drop-off locations
Navigate service addresses using key maps and GPS
Communicate courteously with customers and report route issues
Requirements:
Valid Class 3 License and manual transmission ability
One year commercial truck driving experience or CDL certificate
Ability to safely drive trucks and operate equipment
Ability to meet safety-sensitive function criteria
Successful completion of a criminal background check
