Provide effective clinical leadership within 5W General Medicine
Perform functional supervision and frontline Registered Nursing duties
Develop and maintain strong nursing practice
Foster team effectiveness and resolve staff issues
Support multidisciplinary learning and patient care
Requirements:
Registered Nurse program graduate or recognized equivalent
Active CRNA or CRPNA registration
Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider Level C certification
Three years recent acute care experience
Two years supervisory or leadership experience
