Quality Systems Coordinator Audits

Coordinate quality systems at Interpro Pipe & Steel Inc., focusing on audits, non-conformances, and QMS documentation maintenance.
This Quality Systems Coordinator organizes internal and third-party site audits and helps ensure quality requirements are managed effectively. The position supports non-conformance resolution, product release, change management, risk assessments, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Knowledge of ISO 9001-based quality systems is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and participate in internal and third-party site audits
Manage and resolve non-conformances appropriately
Maintain procedures, work instructions, and QMS documentation
Lead change management initiatives and conduct risk assessments
Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred
Minimum three years of relevant quality or manufacturing experience
Knowledge of ISO 9001-based quality systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience writing technical documents and work instructions
Bring audit coordination, QMS documentation, and corrective action skills to Interpro Pipe & Steel Inc.’s quality team.
