Recruiter

Indigo

Québec, Quebec
About Us
We are a small team that cares about deep thinking, speed, craftsmanship, and putting customers first. Our mission is to build the best care experience in healthcare, on a 30 year horizon.

We help physicians achieve independence by making it easier to start, operate, and grow their practices. We believe the future of healthcare will be driven by individual physicians, not by large bureaucratic systems. Lowering the barrier to practice ownership lets doctors deliver better care for everyone.

The founding team brings deep expertise across medicine, product, operations, and engineering, including more than 30 years of experience running independent practices across urgent care centers, surgical centers, and beyond. We have built 0-to-1 products at Meta, Dropbox, Instagram, Coda, and Nomad, and have founded companies with valuations exceeding $1B and more than 100M MAU.

Highlights

We have strong product market fit. $15M+ ARR in under 15 months.

We are profitable and funded by top tier healthcare investors.

We are about 30 people today and rapidly growing across the company.

You will fit in here if you want to own a product, a process, or a function and take it from 1 to 100.

THE ROLE
We are hiring a Recruiter to own the operations roles that make our platform work, such as medical intake specialists and scheduling coordinators, across our US and Canada locations.

This is a full-cycle role on a lean talent team. You will source, screen, coordinate and close, and you will own the systems and reporting behind that work.

Our hiring is continuous, not project-based, so the work rewards someone who builds pipelines and keeps them warm.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Run full-cycle recruiting on high-volume operations roles across multiple US and Canadian markets

Partner with operations hiring managers on role calibration, structured interviews and debriefs

Own candidate scheduling and communication so the process stays fast and candidates always know where they stand

Maintain the ATS as the single source of truth: reqs, stages, notes and feedback captured in Ashby

Report weekly on pipeline health by role and location: volume, conversion, time to fill, drop-off points

Build reusable screening questions, scorecards and templates, and improve them as the reqs repeat

YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU

Have 3-5 years experience running high-volume, repeating pipelines and can describe how you kept quality steady as volume rose

Are comfortable owning both the recruiting and the operational scaffolding around it

Make decisions from evidence in the interview rather than from a résumé's shape

Communicate clearly and quickly with candidates and hiring managers, including when the answer is no

Are organized enough to keep dozens of candidates across several markets moving without dropping any

Want the scope to grow as the team grows, and will say so when you're ready for more

NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT REQUIRED

Recruiting for early stage start ups, healthcare, clinical support or other licensed and credentialed roles

Hiring across multiple geographies or time zones at once

Working in Ashby, or comparable experience in another modern ATS

Agency background; you will recognize the pace
