Truck Trailer Parts Sales Manager

Maxim Truck & Trailer seeks a Parts Manager in Prince Albert to lead sales, customer relationships, and heavy duty parts performance.
As Parts Manager, you will manage internal and external sales while answering product and pricing inquiries. You will also develop supplier relationships, pursue customers through cold calling and follow up, and oversee staff performance. The position requires strong knowledge of heavy duty truck and trailer parts, plus five or more years in parts counter or outside parts sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell parts to new and existing customers
Manage customer inquiries about products and price discrepancies
Build long term relationships with parts suppliers
Survey competition products and pricing
Develop staff skills, communicate standards, and provide feedback
Requirements:
Five plus years of parts counter or outside sales experience
Excellent heavy duty truck and trailer parts knowledge
Ability to communicate across varying levels of people
Strong customer relationships and negotiation capability
Supervisory experience or ability to develop leadership capabilities
Bring technical parts knowledge, customer sales experience, negotiation ability, and staff leadership to Maxim Truck & Trailer.
