Workday operations and process analysis anchor this Toronto opportunity with TD. Help maintain HR technology services, controls, testing, and accurate operational reporting.
This HR Operations Analyst supports Workday and related applications across operational support, reporting, controls, and process improvement. You will perform root cause analysis, manage exceptions, participate in testing, and help maintain compliance and data quality. The position supports low to moderately complex issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and monitor EIB processing and operational controls
Analyze recurring incidents and recommend corrective actions
Maintain metrics and reporting for operational performance
Support system changes, testing, validation, and implementation
Contribute to workflows, automation, and efficiency improvements
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree or technical certificate
Two to three years of relevant experience
General understanding of HR Technology and HR Operations
Experience supporting reporting, controls, testing, or processes
Ability to manage workload within service levels
