Kroll Pharmacy Support Analyst French English

Support Kroll pharmacy clients with bilingual French and English service, technical investigation, and accurate issue resolution across Canada. Work within defined SLAs.
TELUS Health is seeking a Business Analyst II for its Pharmacy Customer Support team. You will troubleshoot Kroll Pharmacy Management System configurations, add-on modules, software glitches, DSQ connectivity, and e-prescribing tools. The position also supports pharmacy business operations through responsive communication and documented solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve day-to-day pharmacy inquiries with minimal rework
Support Kroll configurations, add-on modules, and pricing
Coordinate stakeholders for seamless issue resolution
Participate in client meetings and respond to concerns
Track and close tasks and projects in business tools
Requirements:
One to three years’ experience in pharmacy or related fields
Fluency in written and spoken French and English
Hands-on PMS software issue troubleshooting experience
Investigative problem-solving skills meeting SLA expectations
Experience documenting work in Salesforce, Google Docs, or similar
Bring Kroll expertise, bilingual support capability, and pharmacy technology troubleshooting skills to TELUS Health’s national team.
