SE Health is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to support acute care programs at Cortellucci Hospital in Vaughan. This role focuses on patient management, assessment, and tailored treatment implementation to facilitate recovery.
As a Physiotherapist, you will engage in all aspects of patient care, from assessment to follow-up. You will effectively delegate assignments to qualified rehab assistants, ensuring that optimal care standards are maintained. Your adaptability and communication strengths will enhance collaboration and team success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient assessments and evaluations
• Formulate individualized treatment goals
• Plan and execute patient-centered treatment programs
• Work collaboratively with a rehabilitation team
• Document patient progress and follow-up plans
Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited Physiotherapy program
• Must be a member of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Recent acute care experience preferred
• Proficient with community resource knowledge
• Strong interpersonal skills essential
