Assistant Manager Sales Leadership

Put your sales leadership skills to work with La Vie en Rose as an Assistant Manager focused on team development and customer support. This permanent full time position supports acting manager duties.
You will help achieve overall goals, uphold corporate standards, and create a positive work environment. Your responsibilities include coaching product knowledge, explaining quality and technical features, analyzing sales reports, planning schedules, and supporting performance evaluations. You will also contribute to recruitment, visual displays, and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and explain product quality, materials, and features
Teach sales techniques and train employees on products
Recruit, prepare, and train future team members
Plan schedules and manage absences and lateness
Build customer relationships through the La Vie en Rose brand
Requirements:
Ability to set goals and consistently achieve them
Leadership skills with an inspiring role-model approach
Strong communication and social skills
Proactive, conscientious, and team-oriented attitude
Availability for holidays and longer busy-period hours
