Equipment Dispatcher Logistics Coordinator
TPGS
Coordinate equipment dispatch through route optimization, fleet monitoring, and accurate scheduling. This role supports safe, efficient deliveries, returns, and transfers.
The Dispatcher plans transportation for customers, vendors, and TPGS branches while coordinating technicians, drivers, warehouse teams, and sales. Daily work combines inventory oversight, work orders, customer communication, documentation, and regulatory compliance. The position also supports operational improvements through data, recommendations, and freight management.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, optimize, schedule, and route pickup and delivery drivers
Maintain accurate inventory, transfers, work orders, and equipment availability
Monitor driver hours, fleet movement, and dispatch operations
Update driver moves in the Dispatch system promptly
Coordinate transportation and communicate professionally with customers and teams
Requirements:
High school graduation and post-secondary education
Five or more years of related experience
Microsoft Office proficiency and CVOR, ELD knowledge
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively
