As a Construction Manager, reporting to the Senior Construction Manager, you will oversee the implementation of construction projects from start to finish. Key duties include managing project budgets and processing invoices using Yardi. This position not only demands serious organizational skills but also a strong financial acumen, ensuring all projects align with established budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily project and contract administration
• Manage schedules and budgets for construction projects
• Input budgets and invoices into Yardi accurately
• Prepare monthly reports and manage financial draws
• Facilitate meetings, distributing minutes promptly
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering, Construction, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of project coordination experience
• Proficient in MS Office; Yardi experience beneficial
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle access
• Bilingual in English and French is a plus
