Key Responsibilities:
• Lead hiring, coaching, and performance management of engineers
• Own and develop the Gold layer and semantic-layer strategy
• Create a catalog of trusted data products with clear ownership
• Foster self-service analytics through prioritized Gold tables
• Establish data contracts and SLAs with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
• 3+ years managing analytics, data engineering, or analysts
• Strong foundation in SQL and data model design
• Proven track record of delivering trusted data products
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Curiosity in AI-native analytics
