HUB International in Canada seeks a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner (SHRBP) to lead HR initiatives across Chilliwack and Victoria. You will counsel leadership, shape people programs, and drive performance, engagement, and compliance with employment laws.
You will partner with leaders to plan talent development, succession, and workforce planning, while leveraging HR data to inform decisions. A Bachelor’s in HR and at least 5 years of experience are preferred.
