Insurance Supervisor Auto Operations

Use auto insurance expertise and EPIC proficiency to supervise frontline retail operations for Brio Insurance in Manitoba. Guide staff and serve clients accurately.
The Supervisor, Auto Insurance I oversees daily workflow and develops employees through coaching, training, performance evaluation, and communication. Responsibilities include maintaining auto extension business, quoting home policies, writing Sandbox Mutual Insurance Extension and Got Toys policies, and addressing complex client concerns. The supervisor also supports organizational goals and procedure implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the current auto extension book of business
Quote new home business policies as required
Write Sandbox Mutual Extension and Got Toys policies
Review staff correspondence for professionalism and accuracy
Resolve complex problems and client complaints
Requirements:
Complete all MPI and Special Risk Extension courses
Understand MPI commercial vehicle coverage requirements
Use EPIC and other computer systems proficiently
Apply sound judgment under pressure
Follow standardized policies and procedures
Bring policy processing, staff supervision, EPIC knowledge, and precise client communication to Brio Insurance auto operations in Manitoba.
