The Finance Manager will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, and benefit administration, ensuring adherence to legislative requirements and internal policies. Your insights will directly support organizational decision-making and promote effective governance as you liaise with the Finance and Audit Committee.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain financial accounting systems
• Reconcile revenue and expenditures to general ledgers
• Coordinate annual external audit materials
• Process payroll accurately and compliantly
• Advise on developing annual budgets and monitor spending
Requirements:
• CPA with minimum 7 years of finance experience
• 5 years in a people leadership role
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Demonstrated political acuity and strategic thinking
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and databases
