Warehouse Distribution Manager

Manage distribution operations for TricorBraun, coordinating shipments, cartage plans, warehouse metrics, and teams serving packaging customers.
This Warehouse Manager oversees receiving, warehousing, and distribution activities at a TricorBraun location. You will maintain local cartage plans, support customer requirements, and work with operations leadership. The position also combines staff supervision with traditional warehouse tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cartage plans and contracts supporting warehouse shipments
Coordinate distribution operations to meet customer requirements
Work with operations managers to improve business processes
Establish performance expectations and review warehouse staff
Support picking, receiving, loading, unloading, and driver assistance
Requirements:
Ability to supervise warehouse teams and manage daily workflow
Ability to implement throughput and space metrics
Experience managing warehouse equipment and safety processes
Ability to conduct daily walkthroughs and safety checks
Ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve warehouse problems
Use distribution coordination, staff supervision, and operational improvement skills to manage TricorBraun warehouse activities.
