Home Care Licensed Practical Nurse

Provide home care nursing in Eriksdale with IV Therapy, wound care, and independent clinical judgment across varied shifts.
The Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for its Home Care department. Working under the Home Care Nursing Supervisor, you will support a multidisciplinary team and complete activities assigned by the Home Care Case Coordinator. Your practice will promote integrated, holistic health services responsive to residents and staff. The position requires professional judgment, organized priorities, and respectful collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer assigned Home Care nursing functions and activities
Collaborate within the multidisciplinary team to support integrated services
Apply professional judgment to unusual day-to-day matters
Promote holistic health services responsive to regional needs
Support quality services and interdisciplinary collaboration
Requirements:
Licensed Practical Nurse with applicable additional education or preparation
Current Manitoba registration and good professional standing
Completed IV Therapy and Wound Care Levels 1 and 2
Current Basic Life Support certification and one nursing experience year
Valid Manitoba licence, reliable vehicle, and regional travel availability
