This position requires a strong leader with 5-7 years of experience in clinical information systems or client relations. You will oversee program activities, manage customer expectations, and partner internally and externally for continuous improvement. As the primary contact for customers, you will provide regular status updates while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.

• Oversee program activities to meet expectations
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and Telligen
• Facilitate partnerships with internal and external organizations
• Maintain accurate and professional data presentation
• Provide subject matter expertise and training for clients
Requirements:
• Four-year degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years in a clinical or client relationship environment
• Demonstrated client services experience with IT and data reporting
• Healthcare domain experience preferred
