A track record of improving operational processes, implementing KPIs, and building accountability.

Commercial awareness and experience working with customers, budgets, costs, and operational performance.

A practical, hands-on leadership style, with the confidence to solve problems on the floor while keeping an eye on the bigger picture.

Why Join Us?
This is a chance to make a tangible impact in a specialized industrial business with significant opportunity to improve, grow, and shape how the operation runs. You’ll have the autonomy to make meaningful changes, develop your team, and build a stronger foundation for the future.

Compensation:

Approximately $130,000-$150,000 annually, depending on experience.
