Automotive Service Manager Vancouver

Lead automotive service operations in Vancouver through repair expertise, customer communication, and technician supervision at Bridgestone Retail Operations.
As Automotive Service Manager, you will manage customer relationships and connect technicians with customers. You will assign work, coach staff, oversee training, and support parts, materials, and equipment purchasing. The position also covers store paperwork, transactions, policies, sales support, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule service duties according to individual technician skill levels
Serve customers’ automotive service needs and resolve concerns
Hire, train, lead, and supervise vehicle technicians
Manage customer communication, follow-up, and issue resolution
Support inspections, product sales, and store operations
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Four years of auto service technical experience
One year of service manager or service writer experience
Ability to lead, coach, recruit, and select technicians
Valid automotive driver’s license for vehicle test drives
