Requirements:
Canadian Pharmacist licence in good standing
Injection certification and pharmacy software proficiency
Preferred experience with Kroll pharmacy software
Opioid Agonist Treatment experience and mandatory training
Ability to assess, plan, and apply clinical knowledge
