• Oversee risk management and commercial strategy deployment

• Lead major bid reviews and project governance initiatives
• Develop training on governance and commercial best practices
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators
Requirements:
• 15+ years in commercial strategy and risk management
• Strong background in engineering or construction
• Proven track record in managing executive-level teams
• Bilingual (French/English) for national engagement
• Advanced problem-solving and negotiation skills
