Lead The Beer Store’s Lively, Ontario location with retail operations expertise and visible, hands-on team leadership. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity.
Reporting to the District Manager, the Retail Store Manager drives store performance while supporting daily operations. You will recruit, train, coach, and develop employees, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain customer service standards. The position also oversees compliance, inventory, displays, and recycling responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations alongside the store team
Recruit, train, coach, and develop employees
Manage budgets, schedules, inventory, and store displays
Maintain health, safety, audit, and regulatory compliance
Oversee deposit returns and approved recyclables
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Three to five years of retail operations experience
Supervisory or managerial retail experience strongly preferred
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and customer service skills
Availability for varied shifts, evenings, and weekends
