Quality Control Inspector Fluoroseal

Apply inspection, testing, and measurement expertise as a Quality Control Inspector supporting Fluoroseal products and Canadian facilities.
This Quality Control Inspector evaluates materials, components, capital assets, and finished products before shipment. The work follows purchase orders, drawings, codes, standards, procedures, and customer requirements. You will collaborate with Fluoroseal Quality Assurance, Procurement teams, and suppliers to address deviations and quality issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect incoming materials, components, parts, and finished products
Perform receiving and final inspections following established procedures
Conduct measurements and tests using calibrated equipment
Record findings, traceability identifiers, deviations, and non-conformances
Prepare reports and coordinate timely supplier inspections
Requirements:
Three years of quality control experience preferred
One year of manufacturing experience preferred
Two years of ISO 9001 experience preferred
Valve manufacturing or inspection experience considered an asset
Ability to maintain accurate calibration records and certificates
Support Fluoroseal quality assurance through disciplined inspection, testing, documentation, traceability, and calibrated measurement practices.
