• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets consistently
• Deliver product education and demonstrations across categories

• Mentor Sales Brand Ambassadors with ongoing support
Requirements:
• 2-3+ years in retail, field sales, or customer roles
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong communication and product knowledge skills
• Experience in informal leadership or peer support
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
