Long Haul Class 1 Truck Driver

Long-haul Class 1 truck driving requires vehicle inspections, roadside repairs, and reliable dispatch communication. Work occurs on the road with frequent or constant travel.
This bilingual Driver Heavy Truck position transports goods and materials using straight or articulated trucks. Candidates need one to less than two years of experience, plus a Class 1 or A Driver's License. Other trades certification, a diploma, or equivalent experience is required. The work setting involves transportation by road, rail, or marine.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate straight or articulated trucks for long-haul transportation
Inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and equipment
Perform brake adjustments and emergency roadside repairs
Complete pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections
Record cargo, service hours, distance, and fuel consumption
Requirements:
Class 1 or A Driver's License
One to less than two years of experience
Long-haul transportation and travel experience
Bilingual language ability
Other trades certificate, diploma, or equivalent experience
