National Property Claims Adjuster
Chubb
Manage national property claims for Chubb through disciplined investigation, coverage analysis, and resolution. This role supports commercial losses and high service standards.
As a Property Claims Specialist, you will investigate, assess, reserve, and resolve claims nationally. Responsibilities include critically reviewing Independent Adjuster, contractor, building consultant, and technical expert reports. You will oversee vendors, maintain claim inventory, control expenses, and help deliver prompt, fair outcomes under Chubb Claim Handling Best Practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Determine claim nature, coverage, and damage scope
Review complex reports from adjusters and technical experts
Analyze commercial property policy contracts for applicable coverage
Control outside vendor work product and expenses
Assist with CAT Duty during major industry events
Requirements:
Minimum one year handling commercial property claims
Strong written, verbal, customer service, and negotiation skills
Insurance education, degree, diploma, or equivalent experience
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Time management, organization, and multitasking capability
Bring property adjusting knowledge, commercial policy analysis, and independent oversight to Chubb’s nationally managed claims portfolio.
