Oil And Gas Technical Drafter

Support FLINT’s energy and industrial work by developing technical drawings, schematics, and models with CAD software. Oil and gas experience is valued.
This Drafter creates documentation used throughout project design and construction. You will interpret engineering specifications and project requirements while producing clear, accurate drawings. The position also supports project execution through layouts, blueprints, construction plans, and as-built documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Create detailed technical drawings, schematics, and models
Update documentation for feedback, changes, and regulations
Apply industry standards, codes, and project specifications
Support execution with layouts and construction plans
Track drawings through organized document control systems
Requirements:
Four to eight years in a similar drafting role
Oil and gas industry experience considered a strong asset
Experience using AutoCAD, CADWorx, and Spoolfab/Acron
Strong drafting practices and engineering principles knowledge
Familiarity with applicable codes and regulatory requirements
Bring technical drafting experience and CAD proficiency to FLINT projects requiring accurate drawings, engineering coordination, and compliant documentation.
