Fleet Maintenance Scheduling Coordinator

Schedule fleet repairs and maintenance in Bedford, NS, coordinating daily with operations and shop leadership. Bring urgency, precision, and mechanical awareness.
The Municipal Group of Companies supports one of Eastern Canada’s most diverse equipment fleets through more than 25 maintenance shops. As Maintenance Coordinator, you will help maintain operational integrity by organizing repair requests and documenting employee information. You will also direct calls and complete required administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact daily with operations about maintenance scheduling
Ensure repair requests are addressed as required
Work with the Maintenance Superintendent and Shop Foremen
Track employee attendance and approved vacation time
Complete additional administrative duties as required
Requirements:
Strong sense of urgency
Ability to work well in a team environment
High attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Mechanical background and experience considered an asset
Coordinate fleet maintenance requests with operations and shop leaders while applying organization, urgency, and detailed communication skills.
