RF/RAN Optimization Engineer (Early Career)

Ericsson Canada Inc. is seeking an Early-Career RF Specialist (RAN Optimization) in Toronto. You will support 4G/5G deployments, assist with C-band launches, and monitor RF KPIs while partnering with cross-functional teams. Mentorship and hands-on project work are available to grow your technical skills.
The role requires a bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field and up to 5 years of RF experience, with exposure to Python and Power BI. Ontario location is hybrid with Canada/US collaboration.
