Process Engineering Specialist Electronics Manufacturing

This Process Engineering Specialist develops, optimizes, and supports manufacturing processes within an electronics manufacturing environment. The work includes Lean/Six Sigma, continuous improvement, new product introductions, and production readiness. Collaboration spans Engineering, Quality, Production, and Program teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and improve manufacturing processes and work instructions
Lead Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives
Support new product introductions and production readiness
Troubleshoot SMT, AOI, depaneling, and related equipment
Conduct capability studies, DOE, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
Requirements:
Engineering degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of electronics or manufacturing experience
3+ years in an ISO 9000/9001 environment
Knowledge of SMT, AOI, depaneling, and electronic assembly
Experience with FMEA, SPC, DOE, validation, and DFM
Bring hands-on process engineering, electronics assembly, and continuous improvement experience to this specialist manufacturing position.
