The Portfolio Administrator supports assigned Relationship Managers in managing their books of business. The position combines direct client contact with instructed service activities. It prepares account documentation, processes maintenance requests, and supports compliance for individual and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Process client service activities across assigned market areas
Prepare account opening and maintenance documentation
Document Power of Attorneys and authorized corporate persons
Monitor recurring compliance and operational reports
Support audit remediation involving FATCA, CRS, and QI
Requirements:
Strong understanding of PIC value proposition
Sound technical knowledge of investment products and services
Ability to support individual and corporate client relationships
Understanding of governing regulations, policies, and procedures
Awareness of Bank risk appetite and risk culture
Support Scotiabank Relationship Managers through accurate portfolio administration, client service, compliance monitoring, and investment product knowledge.
