In this pivotal role, you will define program objectives and success factors and oversee budget and resource allocations. You will bring 15-20 years of experience to navigate the requirements of high-visibility initiatives, ensuring compliance with governance standards. Your ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders will be critical.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide the end-to-end delivery of complex programs
• Develop success criteria and program objectives
• Manage integrated plans, including timelines and budgets
• Implement strategies to mitigate identified risks
• Engage senior leadership with clear reporting on programs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 15-20 years in program management with visibility
• Strong stakeholder management with executive influence
• PMP certified or equivalent required
• Experience in highly regulated environments preferred
Lead and innovate as part of CAE’s program management team.
